Anyone heard of him or his books? I'll list a couple: Nightfall (which was done with another Author back in the fourties) Robot City, I Robot, Robot City Two.

I have tons of his books in my library (yes I read allot). My favorites are the foundation series because they show the best and the worst in human nature and they also show stagnation and decay of a government and thats always fun to see.

I haven't read many of his books, but I wish I had. Let's just hope I get some money for Christmas, because I REALLY want the Foundation series.

I've think I've heard of him before. At first, I thought this was a thread about a book called Isaac Asimov.

There is, most likely, a bio. book about Isaac Asimov... but I don't know. Never seen one.
Anyway, spatan229, do you know if they sell the whole Foundations Series in one big box, or something of the sort? Or do you have to buy them all seperately?

I have no idea. I got them from my dad who bought them when they were available from the shops. I think you need to check ebay or something to find them now.

No, I was looking at my local Book Store (Indigo) and I found at least two sets of them. I don't know if it was every single book, but they took up the whole bottom shelf, and a shelf above that.
